Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role requires you to bring classroom credibility and present effectively for adult learners across the nation.

Trainers receive ready-to-deliver materials, certification, and the freedom to control workload with no quotas. Earnings are per event and depend on effort, experience, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many trainers keep full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators
