Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national team of trainers to deliver classroom management and student engagement training to educators nationwide. This is an independent contractor role with ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification, allowing flexible scheduling around your current position.

Trainers are paid per event and keep working independently, with access to a supportive national community of educators and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.
• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator experience preferred.
• Comfortable presenting, training, coaching adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development that gets rave reviews from teachers.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support public, private, and charter schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion.
