Job summary

Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training with ready-to-deliver materials.

Trainers work as independent contractors, are paid per training event, and join a supportive national network. Certification is provided after completing a short virtual program to start delivering events.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Enjoy presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible work around your current position, family, or retirement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development with strong classroom relevance.
• Help educators strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support schools nationwide.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators.
