Job summary

Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to join a national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is a flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor opportunity with complete ready-to-deliver materials and trainer certification.

Trainers work with public, private, and charter schools nationwide, earning by training events. It’s a 1099 role designed for educators who love helping others succeed and staying connected to the profession.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teacher or educator.
• Comfortable presenting, training, coaching, or leading adult learners.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to balance a flexible schedule with other commitments.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to teachers.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Support public, private, and charter schools and districts nationwide using Time To Teach content.
• Represent Time To Teach with personality, professionalism, and passion for educators you serve.
