Time To Teach seeks experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This independent contractor role offers remote-friendly, flexible work with established materials and trainer certification.

Trainers bring classroom credibility and a willingness to train fellow educators. Compensation is paid per event, with a supportive national community and ongoing certification.

Qualifications

• Current or retired K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, administrators, principals, professors, counselors, or education consultants.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Willing to complete Time To Teach certification and train-the-trainer programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to educators.
• Strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Draw on real-world experience to support schools nationwide.
