Time To Teach is seeking experienced K-12 educators to join our national team of trainers and deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor role provides ready-to-deliver materials, trainer certification, and a supportive national community of trainers.

Trainers bring their classroom credibility to public, private, and charter schools nationwide, with compensation paid per training event.

Qualifications

• Must be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant.
• Experience presenting, training, or coaching adult learners.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, research-based professional development to educators.
• Help strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement.
• Support diverse schools and districts nationwide with credible, field-based expertise.
• Represent Time To Teach with professionalism and passion for educators you serve.
