Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking an Operations Manager for the Brandywine Virtual Academy division in Philadelphia. You will supervise a team and coordinate SIS/LMS tasks, support district partnerships, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality service for students and staff.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and familiarity with K-12 online learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
K-12 teaching experience preferred.
2+ years supervisory or team-lead experience.
2–6 years in education operations or K-12 online learning.
Experience in an educational setting; online school experience a plus.
Clearances (Act 34, Act 151, police, child abuse & FBI) within one year.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support student support staff.
Support PVA leadership with strategic planning, policy implementation, change management, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate onboarding, meetings, communication, and issue resolution with district partners.
Support district partnership growth and retention through outreach and engagement activities.
Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to develop program materials and campaigns.
Monitor program quality and performance metrics to identify improvements.
Coordinate enrollment, scheduling, data management, reporting, dashboards across SIS/LMS and other systems.
Support educational technology platforms, vendor relationships, and system integrations.
