Job summary

Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking a Math Supervisor to organize and coordinate the K–12 Math program in LCPS. The role aligns math goals with the LCPS framework, prepares reports, and participates in budget development.

The incumbent will lead curriculum design and professional learning, collaborate to implement MTSS interventions, and monitor program effectiveness with data to drive continuous improvement across schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• 5 years of progressive education experience in teaching, supervision, or administration.
• Holds or is eligible for a Virginia Postgraduate Professional License with PK-12 admin endorsement.
• Knowledge of state/federal statutes, LCPS framework, and VDOE requirements.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate math curriculum and programs.

Responsibilities

• Align mathematics vision with LCPS Instructional Framework and VDOE requirements.
• Prepare reports, attend School Board meetings, and assist in budget development.
• Lead curriculum design, resource adoption, and instructional programming in K–12 mathematics.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure MTSS-aligned interventions.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver professional learning for math staff.
