Job summary

HMH is seeking a Training and Coaching professional to deliver engaging professional learning across assigned programs for K-12 educators. Sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish, with a minimum of 10 hours per week of service delivery and travel to districts as needed.

You will prepare using district data, partner with schools and teams, and support teachers in implementing math or literacy programs to improve student outcomes and classroom practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of classroom experience in Math or Literacy.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience facilitating adult learning and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging professional learning aligned to assigned programs.
• Facilitate sessions in English and Spanish.
• Maintain availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week of service delivery.
