Job summary

MSD of Warren Township in Indianapolis is seeking an Instructional Assistant to aid teachers and support students in an educational environment. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, providing basic instruction, and preparing instructional materials.

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree or higher, or at least 60 semester hours from an accredited institution, or passed the ParaPro test.
• Previous vocational training and/or work experience with school-age children is preferred.
• Must meet paraprofessional requirements and pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and students in educational activities.
