Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food through standardized recipes
• Ensure meals meet quality standards and are prepared on time
• Monitor and direct food service staff and subs in preparation and serving
• Prepare and cook menu items for regular and a la carte lines
• Reinforce USDA regulations and HACCP standards
• Conduct cost control analysis while monitoring product and menu costs
• Establish monthly food and labor cost goals
• Performs other duties as requested by leadership
