Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking a classroom teacher in Fayetteville, NC for a pathways program. The role supports students in exceptional children services as part of a temporary assignment.

A bachelor’s degree qualifies you to enter the program, with a pathway toward a provisional teaching license for 2026-27 and beyond. Successful candidates will complete required EC coursework or already hold related training and will demonstrate strong communication skills and collaborative abilities

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university in any field.
• Complete foundations of exceptional children course or be willing to take it.
• Will work toward obtaining a provisional Exceptional Children license in NC.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, peers, admins, support staff and parents.
• Assess and monitor student achievement and report progress as required.
• Design and implement instructional strategies and activities.
• Manage student behaviors to support a conducive learning environment.
• Coordinate instructional activities with other staff to maximize learning.
• Communicate instructional expectations to students and parents.
• Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning.
• Plan lessons aligned with division and school objectives for varied abilities.
• Provide development and support for IEPs, BSPs, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
