Job summary

Concorde Education connects qualified professionals with K–12 schools and community partners to bring specialized educational programs to students. We offer part-time instructional opportunities that fit a busy schedule and require no teaching credential for many programs.

Each assignment has its own schedule, student population, and goals. Compensation ranges from $50 to $65 per instructional hour, depending on the assignment and location, with opportunities throughout the academic year.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or practical experience in at least one relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or working with children and teenagers.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage groups of students.
• Professional communication, dependability, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working within school procedures and instructional expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive instructional sessions for students.
• Introduce concepts through demonstrations, discussions, projects and activities.
• Prepare lessons aligned with program objectives.
• Encourage curiosity, participation, collaboration and skill development.
• Coordinate with school contacts and Concorde Education regarding logistics.
• Adhere to site policies and safety procedures.
