Job summary

ESS specializes in placing qualified K-12 personnel, including substitute teachers and school support staff, with district partners across the country. The recruiter will identify, attract, and hire education professionals with a focus on diverse candidates and strong communication skills.

The role requires in-person attendance, collaboration with team members, and engagement at local fairs to build a robust candidate pool for ESS clients within the Chesterfield County School District and other

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
• Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the county, paid for by company.
• Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
• Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Regular, in-person attendance is required.
