ESS in Ocala, FL is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source and hire substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff for Marion County Public Schools. Responsibilities

• Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
• Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs within the county, paid for by company.
• Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
• Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Regular, in-person attendance is required.
