The Jewish Education Project seeks a full-time Manager, K-12 Education to lead CJIL’s work across New York City Public School districts. You will manage partnerships, coordinate professional development, and oversee program implementation, evaluation, and scaling efforts.

You’ll work with district leaders and content providers to expand resources, teacher cohorts, and student experiences, while guiding strategic planning and ensuring alignment with CJIL’s mission.

Formación

• 5-7 years of full-time professional experience in or adjacent to K–12 public education.
• Experience building partnerships and leading collaborative initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating meetings and trainings.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks with attention to detail.
• Comfort using digital tools for project management, data entry, design, and communication (ClickUp, Salesforce, or similar platforms a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary liaison between CJIL and district/school leaders.
• Build and sustain relationships with CJIL partners and school/district leaders.
• Develop and execute outreach and partnership strategies.
• Manage program plans, timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
• Collaborate with CJIL to align partner needs with program design.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure events and initiatives are well executed.
