Job summary

Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey seeks an experienced K-12 education professional to build sustained partnerships with public schools, strengthen antisemitism recognition and response, and support Jewish students and families. The Manager will establish a Frontline volunteer committee and collaborate with JCRC staff.

The role prioritizes a 20-hour-per-week schedule, involving travel within Bergen, Hudson, and parts of Passaic counties, with occasional evening meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant K-12 education experience.
• Knowledge of public schools, districts, and antisemitism in K-12 settings.
• Knowledge of Jewish life, values, identity, and family issues.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with school and district leaders and educators.
• Serve as a resource on antisemitism, Jewish identity, and practices.
• Coordinate responses to school-related incidents and communicate with officials.
• Review curriculum and materials in coordination with JCRC Director.
• Establish and staff Frontline volunteer committee and engage leaders.
• Provide K-12 education expertise and maintain activity records.
