The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey seeks an experienced K-12 education professional to build sustained partnerships with public schools and districts. You will strengthen their ability to recognize, prevent and respond to antisemitism, support Jewish students and families, and bring K-12 expertise to the JCRC team.

You will also establish a frontline volunteer committee to guide this work and engage lay leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of relevant K-12 education experience.
• Knowledge of public school operations and contemporary antisemitism in K-12 settings.
• Knowledge of Jewish life, identity, and Israel-related issues.

Responsabilidades

• Build sustained partnerships with public schools and districts to recognize, prevent and respond to antisemitism.
• Engage schools proactively, support Jewish students and families when concerns arise.
• Bring K-12 education expertise to the JCRC team and guide volunteer leadership.
• Establish frontline volunteer committee and engage lay leadership.
• Travel locally and participate in occasional evening meetings.
