StrongMind, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Chandler, AZ. This hybrid role focuses on managing partner school relationships, driving value from StrongMind’s education technology, and guiding educators to success.

You will collaborate with internal teams, deliver practical training, and use data to inform proactive outreach while traveling up to 10% to visit schools nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer success, school-facing, or education-technology role preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to audiences.
• Organizational skills to maintain CRM records and multi-priority management.
• Consultative approach to understand goals and challenges, with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of partner schools; build trust and ensure value from the partnership.
• Guide educators and school leaders to navigate challenges and maximize product use.
• Serve as voice of customers to internal teams for product and training improvements.
• Develop and deliver training and professional development for educators, virtually and on-site.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Sales to resolve cross-functional partner needs.
• Monitor account health data, identify risks, and perform proactive outreach.
• Document activity in CRM and share insights to drive product decisions.
• Travel up to 10% nationally to visit partner schools and lead PD sessions.
