Uplift Education is seeking an Academic Data Analyst to conduct analyses in collaboration with the Data and Information Management Team. You will support schools and senior leadership, training staff and documenting data processes while becoming the SME of Uplift's data model.

You will develop dashboards, run analyses on assessment data, and help implement data-informed interventions. A strong background in statistics, BI tools, and SQL is expected to guide instructional decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2+ years of data analysis or BI experience preferred; or recent grads with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and statistics concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate complex information from multiple sources and synthesize findings into insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical tools for stakeholders.
• Develop algorithms to identify students and teachers needing assistance.
