American Fidelity Assurance is seeking an Account Manager (Outside Sales rep) in AZ. You will sell benefits, retirement, and other supplemental insurance products to public school districts, building long-term relationships and identifying needs-based recommendations for employees.

The role requires travel within a defined territory in AZ & NV, with comprehensive training and a structured career path. Base salary plus uncapped commission, company car, travel expenses, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Experience selling insurance products to organizations and public sector
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and associations
• Strong consultative selling and needs-based recommendation skills

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain existing B2B accounts by selling insurance products and services to public school districts.
• Consult with customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives to develop customized employee benefits packages.
• Develop needs-based benefit enrollments, group presentations, and new account development opportunities.
• Manage a defined territory with travel required across AZ & NV.
