Chartwells K12, a Compass Group division, seeks a Director of Dining Services for Democracy Prep at Agassi School and RISE School in Las Vegas, NV. You will lead a hands-on dining operation serving over 1,000 students, drive culinary excellence, manage staff, and maintain strong client partnerships.

Formación

• Associates degree preferred.
• Three plus years of foodservice management experience required.
• Dining experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Maintains excellent relationships with the client.
• Works with the team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.
• Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams.
• Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community.
