The role requires relocation to Madison, WI with a hybrid schedule three days in the office and two remote. You’ll transform complex topics into clear, concise digital experiences, collaborating with strategy and product teams, and maintaining brand voice across content

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, journalism, communications, English, or related field.
• 3+ years creating digital content that helps learners understand complex information.
• Strong writing samples showing warmth, clarity, and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Draft digital learning content including lessons, intros, core content, and quizzes.
• Translate goals into engaging, audience-aware learning experiences.
• Create learner-facing resources, emails, notifications, and product copy.
• Write in a warm, conversational voice suitable for college-age and young adults.
• Transform complex topics into clear, mobile-friendly content with nuance.
• Follow brand voice, style, and content design standards.
• Ensure lessons align with goals and maintain progression across curriculum.
• Revise content based on feedback while preserving learning goals.
• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple content projects and learn new subjects continually.
• Prepare copy for CMS upload and review rendered content for accuracy.
