Qualifications

• Demonstrated PM experience in design/construction on public-sector projects, ideally K-12.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills.
• College degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design professionals, contractors, and administrators to meet contract specs and codes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk for projects.
• Interface with client and consultants at all stages of the project.
• Produce detailed project plans and track progress against budgets and timelines.
• Lead change control and ensure timely client invoicing and financial reporting.
