Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks a Project Executive - K12 to provide leadership and oversight for day-to-day operations across construction, project management, and project administration activities. This position assists in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.

This role emphasizes client relations, subcontractor coordination, and strategic project delivery from pre-construction

Formación

• Extensive experience in K12 education projects or equivalent program delivery.
• Graduate degree in construction management or construction science preferred.
• 10+ years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams to maximize efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance client relationships through exceptional service and successful project completion.
• Foster positive subcontractor relations and uphold professional conduct with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Purchasing in project setup to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach project teams, setting annual performance goals for direct reports.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the industry and with other service groups.
• Develop and communicate contract terms with clients and project teams.
• Ensure clear project strategy and compliance with company policies.
• Guide multiple jobs and teams through pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction phases.
• Identify risks to ongoing client operations and develop mitigation plans.
• Review and approve monthly status reports, estimates, and schedules for negotiated and hard bid projects.
• Oversee subcontract bidding, negotiations, and major material purchases in line with the plan.
