Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience as a K–12 construction Project Manager.
• Direct DSA and LAUSD project experience.
• Strong understanding of hard-bid work and public works construction.
• Ability to independently manage an active school project.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage project budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner communication.
• Coordinate with the superintendent to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, and project documentation.
• Coordinate applicable DSA/LAUSD requirements, inspections, and closeout.
• Manage contractual obligations associated with hard-bid public works projects.
