Job summary

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager for active K-12 construction projects in the Los Angeles area. The role requires direct DSA and LAUSD experience and a strong grasp of hard-bid public works delivery, with the ability to own the project with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities include budget and schedule management, coordination with the superintendent, handling RFIs/submittals/change orders, and ensuring compliance with DSA/LAUSD requirements through closeout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a K–12 construction Project Manager.
• Direct DSA and LAUSD project experience.
• Strong understanding of hard-bid work and public works construction.
• Ability to independently manage an active school project.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
