Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teams.
- Detailed understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for tactical project execution including project approach and deliverables.
- Direct and motivate personnel and trade partners to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
- Manage administrative and contractual obligations including owner contracts and subcontracts.
