Job summary

Trainers lead sessions at schools or online, connect with districts themselves, and work with a National Director on contracts. Training starts with a virtual Weekend Certification and earns graduate credits.

Qualifications

• Current or former K-12 teachers, plus coaches, counselors, principals, or others who have worked in schools.

Responsibilities

• Lead whole-staff sessions on classroom management at the school or online.
• Build trainings by connecting with schools yourself and applying the outreach approach learned in certification.
• Train in your own district, nearby, or anywhere in the country since there are no territories.
