Schools book us because the strategies hold up on an ordinary Tuesday with an ordinary class, and we are adding trainers to meet that demand.

Your responsibilities:

• Present our classroom management program to PK-12 faculties in public, private, and charter schools
• Deliver from complete materials and session designs we supply
• Bring your own hard-won classroom stories to make it land
• Manage your own calendar as a 1099 contractor

Your compensation:

Commission based. Every full training day pays at least $1,000, with many paying more, and your annual total reflects how many days you choose to take. There is no hourly wage in this role.
