Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school staff to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Provide monitoring and support throughout the school site.
• Assist in creating and implementing behavior support plans.
• Record and document behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Employ de-escalation techniques and crisis management when necessary.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
