Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Commitment to anti-racist education and inclusive practices.
• Eagerness to learn through feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Pair with a mentor and participate in regular observations and coaching.
• Receive targeted feedback to improve teaching practices.
• Engage in over 300 hours of professional development.
• Teach full days in mentor's classroom and across campuses.
• Cover duties of absent teachers as needed.
