Rush-Henrietta Central SD is seeking a K-12 Director of Visual and Performing Arts to provide strategic leadership and oversee fine arts and performance programs district-wide. You will develop and implement a comprehensive arts curriculum, foster student creativity, and ensure high-quality performance opportunities.

• Must possess NY SDL or SDA administrator certification.
• Certification in Music or Art with strong teaching experience; educational leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evaluate K-12 fine arts curricula and assessments.
• Integrate arts across the curriculum and other disciplines.
• Analyze program and student data to drive improvements.
• Lead professional development and evaluation of arts staff.
• Oversee performance opportunities, events, and productions.
• Develop and manage the arts budget and seek external funding.
• Procure and maintain art supplies and equipment.
