North County Volleyball is seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the JV program and overall team development for the upcoming season. You will work closely with the head coach to plan practices, develop players, and manage game-day duties while reinforcing standards and culture.

Ideal candidates are passionate about volleyball, able to communicate with student-athletes, reliable, organized, and eager to grow as coaches.

Formación

• Must be passionate about volleyball and athlete development.
• Must communicate well with student-athletes.
• Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Interested in gaining coaching experience or growing as a coach.
• Prior playing or coaching experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with practice planning and on-court instruction.
• Support player development and fundamentals.
• Help manage game-day responsibilities.
• Reinforce team standards, accountability, and culture.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive, organized team environment.
• (JV-specific) Lead or assist JV practices and matches under the head coach.
