North County Volleyball is seeking an Assistant Volleyball Coach to support the JV program and overall team development for the upcoming season. You will work closely with the head coach to plan practices, develop players, and manage game-day duties while reinforcing standards and culture.

Ideal candidates are passionate about volleyball, able to communicate with student-athletes, reliable, organized, and eager to grow as coaches.

Assistant Volleyball Coach (JV & Program Support)

North County Volleyball is a growing program focused on development, culture, and long-term success. We are committed to building something special by investing in our athletes, our staff, and our team environment. We are currently seeking dedicated assistant coaches, with a particular need at the JV level, to support our program for the upcoming season.

Assistant Coaches will work closely with the head coach and staff to support all aspects of the program, including:

• Assisting with practice planning and on-court instruction


• Supporting player development and fundamentals


• Helping manage game-day responsibilities


• Reinforcing team standards, accountability, and culture


• Collaborating with staff to ensure a positive, organized team environment


• (JV-specific) Leading or assisting JV practices and matches under the direction of the head coach

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are passionate about volleyball and athlete development

• Are interested in gaining coaching experience or continuing to grow as a coach


• Have prior playing or coaching experience (preferred but not required)
