Job summary

Qualifications

• High school, club, or collegiate squash coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of squash fundamentals, game strategy, and practice planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to motivate student-athletes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate practices for JV squash players.
• Provide technical instruction, skill development, game strategy, and individualized feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture promoting respect, hard work, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Safely supervise student-athletes during practices, matches, travel, and other activities.
• Prepare athletes for competitive matches and provide coaching during competition.
• Collaborate with Athletic Director on schedules, logistics, and program needs.
