Responsibilities

• Possess all required coaching credentials and uphold district policies.
• Create a safe learning environment and promote physical, social, and emotional development of students.
• Coordinate with Athletic Director on practice schedules, camps, and facility use.
• Instruct and model proper softball technique and game strategies.
• Monitor athlete conduct and eligibility; enforce team rules and standards.
• Attend conference, county, and state meetings as required.
