Qualifications

• Experience in leading athletic teams effectively.
• Ability to recruit and manage a full roster of players.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team(s) throughout the entire season
• Recruit a full team of players by the first day of the season
• Coach your team(s) to a winning record
• Ensure all players are academically eligible
• Organize practice and game schedules
• Maintain team equipment and jerseys
• Conduct offseason training and clinics
• Abide by all MHSAA policies and regulations

Skills

Knowledge of high-quality coaching tactics and practice drills

Knowledge of MHSAA & LSD rules and policies

CPR Certification & first aid training

Previous successful coaching experience

Education

Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate
