Richmond High School in Richmond, Michigan is seeking an Interim JV Boys Basketball Coach to lead practices, coordinate schedules and manage all aspects of the program.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to motivate students, and CPR/First Aid certification. The position is a full-time stipend with duties overseen by the Director of Athletics within the Athletics department.

Qualifications

• Must have documented evidence of organizational skills and experience in the sport.
• Must be able to motivate students and work with adults.
• Must be available during the required time commitments.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Direct all matters related to the program including player personnel, practices and equipment.
• Enforce school, district, league and state rules and policies consistently.
• Communicate effectively with players, officials, coaches, parents and administrators.
• Prioritize athlete safety in all practice and game situations.
• Follow directions from the Dean of Students and school administrators.
• Present a professional image and be a positive role model.
