Job summary

• Licsensure as a Social Worker in Idaho (ID) prior to appointment.
• Willing to work in a juvenile correction setting and facility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigative and fact-finding interviews to assess client and family status.
• Provide counseling and case management to preserve family units and promote self-determination.
• Develop and monitor individualized case plans with community resources and ensure least restrictive placement.
• Coordinate with facility staff, guardians, probation officers, and treatment providers.
• Provide aftercare planning and community reintegration support.
