Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in a related field from an accredited college or university required.
• Two (2) years of job-related experience in a social services delivery setting, or four (4) years of direct case management experience with offenders and their families.
• Certification: Georgia POST within six months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Interview probationers and parolees to evaluate progress and compliance.
• Recommend remedial action or court action for non-compliance.
• Administer drug and alcohol tests and manage case folders.
• Prepare reports detailing offenders' progress and rehabilitation plans.
• Counsel clients with substance abuse issues and arrange treatment services.
• Supervise community-based sentences and conduct field supervision.
