Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, schedule activities, and ensure safe operations within the facility.
• Monitor safety and security of juveniles and comply with legal requirements.
• Oversee budget expenditures and contract administration.
• Develop and implement policies and program guidelines.
• Coordinate services with local agencies, schools, and partners.
• Maintain records, conduct evaluations, and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries, escalate issues, and provide staff guidance.
