Qualifications

  • Two years of experience in a residential, correctional, behavioral health, or group home setting with responsibility for rehabilitation, clinical care, custody, or security; OR
  • Two years of experience in Probation and Parole.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Juvenile Justice Specialists and coordinate shift activities to ensure safety and compliance
  • Monitor youth behavior and intervene in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques
  • Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure documentation and incident reports are completed accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with facility leadership to implement programming and behavioral interventions
  • Uphold agency policies and promote a rehabilitative environment for youth
