We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as Juvenile Justice Specialist 4, responsible for supervising staff and supporting the daily operations of secure care facilities for youth. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety, promoting rehabilitation, and ensuring that staff deliver consistent, trauma‑informed care aligned with agency standards.

Supervise Juvenile Justice Specialists and coordinate shift activities to ensure safety and compliance
Monitor youth behavior and intervene in crisis situations using approved de‑escalation techniques
Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
Ensure documentation and incident reports are completed accurately and timely
Collaborate with facility leadership to implement programming and behavioral interventions
Uphold agency policies and promote a rehabilitative environment for youth

Appointment Type: Full‑time, probational
Compensation: The Juvenile Justice Specialist 4 title has a Special Entrance Rate of $1,842.40 biweekly.
