Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or one year of experience in any field plus two years of experience in residential/correctional/behavioral health/group home setting with responsibility for rehabilitation of delinquent youth, clinical care, custody, or security; OR two years of experience in Probation and Parole.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Juvenile Justice Specialists and coordinate shift activities to ensure safety and compliance
• Monitor youth behavior and intervene in crisis situations using de-escalation techniques
• Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Ensure documentation and incident reports are completed accurately and timely
• Collaborate with facility leadership to implement programming and behavioral interventions
• Uphold agency policies and promote a rehabilitative environment for youth
