Job summary

Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court seeks a Promise Team Coordinator to support girls on probation with intensive care coordination and treatment planning. You will work with multi-system teams to arrange services, supervise crisis bed placements, and gather detailed social histories for court presentations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, case management, and adherence to court processes, with a focus on trauma-informed care and youth welfare. A relevant degree and experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral or Social Sciences from an accredited school.
• Three years of work experience with adolescents or in case management.
• Valid driver’s license with automobile insurance and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise planning with multi-system teams to identify and refer youth to community-based services.
• Oversee placement of youths in crisis beds and coordinate with families and treatment providers.
• Interview youth and families for intake and eligibility and develop comprehensive social histories.
• Prepare case summaries, reports, and court presentations; monitor youth progress and treatment plans.
