ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education and/or Experience
• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Certificate, experience working with youth preferred.
Other Qualifications, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Must obtain First Aid Certification within six months of employment.
• Must obtain Handle with Care Certification within six months of employment.
• Must hold a valid Texas driver license and liability insurance coverage.
• Driving record must reflect acceptable rating by Ellis County to operate a county vehicle.
Required Skills
SUMMARY:
Under general supervision primarily provides planning, transportation, and assistance to youth programs. Reports to the Detention Supervisor, Deputy Director and Director of Juvenile Services.
