Qualifications

• Six (6) months compensated or volunteer experience working with juveniles.
• Completed coursework in Child Development, Criminal Justice, Education, Human Services, Social Work, Sociology or related fields.
• Satisfactory pass of job-related tests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and care for juvenile offenders and other court-involved youth in a 24-hour facility.
• Explain rights, rules, and expectations; conduct searches and transports to court appearances.
• Maintain records, incident reports, and coordinate with partner agencies and staff.
