Job summary

Fulton County seeks a senior manager to oversee a Juvenile Court program, directing daily operations, staff performance, and policy implementation. You will report to the Chief Administrative Officer and ensure compliance with laws and procedures across the program.

Responsibilities include resolving program questions, improving processes, and developing performance metrics. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Five years’ court program management or equivalent in court system/legal field; three years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of an assigned court program.
• Manages divisional staff including workloads, performance, conflicts, and discipline.
• Reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and follows administrative directives.
• Evaluates and implements policies for the assigned program.
• Investigates and resolves questions related to the court program.
• Provides directives on case flow.
• Prepares technical and analytical reports and correspondence.
• Develops performance measures for staff.
• Ensures compliance with county codes and all applicable laws.
• Establishes and maintains quality control procedures for the program.
