Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of public, business or judicial/court administration.
  • Ability to evaluate, audit, deduce, and assess data using established criteria.
  • Ability to train staff and coordinate referral services.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet, database, and presentation software for reports and briefs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides lead direction to assigned staff, including workloads, prioritizing, and performance monitoring.
  • Manages case coordination and services, including progress reviews for clients.
  • Plans, coordinates, and supervises behavioral health services.
  • Participates in training staff in outreach and client relations.
  • Adheres to Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Maintains contact with community organizations and agencies.
